What is the process for returning an item?

Initiating a return is very simple. Please follow the steps below:

Log in to your account and go to the "My Orders" page.

Locate the order you wish to return and click on "Request Return" or "Return/After-Sales".

Select the item(s) you need to return and provide the reason for the return.

After submitting your request, the system will generate a Return Authorization Number and a return shipping label (if applicable). Please pack the item securely along with all original packaging, tags, and accessories, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.

 

Drop off the package at the designated courier location or wait for a pickup, depending on the option you selected.

Can I return an item that has been assembled or used?

 

To protect the rights and interests of all customers, we generally require returned items to be in new, unused, and unassembled condition, with the original packaging and tags retained.

 

For items that have been assembled or used, they are generally not eligible for returns without a specific reason. However, if the product has quality issues or was damaged during shipping, you may still apply for a return. Please provide a detailed description and photos when submitting your request, and our customer service team will review and process it accordingly. How long does it take to receive a refund after a return?

 

After the return process, we are going to send back your payment within 14 workdays.

 

 

Who pays for the return shipping costs?

 

The party responsible for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

Due to our reasons (e.g., product quality issues, wrong item shipped, shipping damage): We will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse you for the actual reasonable shipping cost incurred.

 

Due to customer's personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost will be deducted from your refund amount, or you will need to pay for it separately.

 

How can I cancel my order?

 

If you need to cancel your order, please act as soon as possible:

 

Order Not Shipped: If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you can click the "Cancel Order" button directly on the "My Orders" page. Upon successful cancellation, the payment will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

 

Order Already Shipped:If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled directly. Please refer to our "Return Policy" to apply for a return and refund after you receive the item.

 

Please note that our processing is very efficient, and orders typically enter the packing and shipping phase very quickly. Therefore, we recommend canceling as soon as you have made your decision.
