What shipping methods are availbale?

How long will it take to get my package?
You will receive an Email when your order is shipped. After the order leave our warehouse, it'll take 7-9 workdays to your place.
Do you ship internationally?
No, We only deliver goods within the UK.

Can I cancel the order?
Sure, if the order hasn't been shipped yet, you need to contact the customer service immediately to cancel the order. In this case, you won't have to pay any additional fees. If the order has been dispatched, it needs to be returned upon receipt. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the product's return.
Can I return the product if I'm not satisfied?
Sure, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can contact the customer service for a return. If the product is not damaged and can be sold again, we will process the refund within 3 working days after receiving the returned item.
Do the products come with a warranty?
Yes, our products come with a 1 to 5-year warranty (varies by material) covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team.
