Warranty Policy

When you need Assistance:

We will diagnose the product based on the photos or videos you send us.

We will provide you with one or more options to choose from.

Should we be unable to provide an identical or similar product as a replacement, we will offer you a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the remaining warranty period.

Warranty Coverage: The warranty is valid only within the United Kingdom and commences automatically from the date the product is received. It does not cover resold items or international orders.

Situations Not Covered by Warranty:

Force Majeure: Damage caused by force majeure or extreme weather conditions is not covered by the warranty .

Unauthorized Modifications: If the product has been repaired or altered by you without authorization, the warranty will no longer apply .

Normal Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including dents or scratches resulting from ordinary use, are not covered under the warranty .

Accidental Damage: Accidental damage caused by external forces during use, such as glass breakage due to impact, is not covered .

Inadequate Maintenance: Damage or deformation of the product resulting from insufficient routine maintenance is not covered .Misuse Beyond Design Limits: Damage caused by misuse that exceeds the product's intended design limits is not covered
